Peachland Elementary School has some of the most advanced robotics technology in the district with EZ robots pictured here being programmed by students at a Westside Learning Showcase. EZ robot humanoids have facial recognition technology and can be used for multiple interdisciplinary learning applications.
Orange Shirt Day is September 30. Students are encouraged to wear an orange shirt on this day.
Students take time to pose for a fun picture while enjoying our new playground. A big thank you to both the Ministry of Education for an initial capital funds allocation, and our Peachland Elementary School PAC for their ongoing fundraising efforts to pay for this universally accessible playground.
School fees are $35 for the year. School related expenses are available online for you to make a payment. Click on the School Cash Online button to register.
Thursday, Oct. 1st and Friday, Oct. 2nd, students will be dismissed at 11:30 for parent/teacher conferences. Please look for communication from your student's teacher regarding details.
Peachland Elementary School is located in scenic Peachland, BC and adjacent to the Trepanier Creek Greenway Regional Park. This offers wonderful outdoor "place-based" learning opportunities!
Peachland Elementary School is embracing student leadership and the 7 Habits of Happy Kids through a process known as the Leader In Me. Students are fulfilling all sorts of leadership roles both within their classrooms and throughout the school. They are learning the 7 habits of happy kids and applying them.
